My audio is not working?

There are several reasons that your audio might not be working.
If you can't hear:
Double-check that your volume is turned up on the site as well as on your desktop or IOS. There may be more than one location that needs to be turned up.
Check to make sure your internet is working properly. You can check it on speedtest.net
Make sure you don't have a headset that you are not using plugged into your computer.
If you cant be heard:
Make sure you are in a session where you are supposed to have a live mic, there are some areas where only presenters can talk.
Make sure you have given "permission" to the program to use your microphone. You may need to go into your computer preferences and give permission.
